We understand that switching to LED light bulbs can be confusing.  That is why we've made it our policy to make returns as easy as possible.  If you make a purchase from ModveraLighting.com and are not 100% satisfied within 30 days, return the products to us for a full refund of the product cost.   If your order qualified for free shipping, your refund amount will be less actual shipping cost.  Of course, if your return is due to a product defect, please contact us about submitting a warranty claim.  

Upon receiving your returned product back at our returns warehouse, you will receive a refund via the payment method used when you placed your order. Of course, a couple conditions do apply. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. All products must be returned in as-new, re-sellable condition, in original retail packaging. Products with damaged packaging (dented or crushed) will be assessed a 15% restocking fee. We cannot accept product with destroyed, unusable or missing packaging.
